The Williamstown is Manufactured by Colony Homes

This new 1,493 square foot model has a little of everything. This plan is a very familiar plan but with some new tweaks. This model has a glamour master bath with a large soaking tub, 48” walk in shower and double vanities. The normal pantry area of the kitchen has been modified into a gaming room with a desk area along with plenty of cabinet storage. The utility has a large amount of cabinetry along with a deep sink and access to the main bathroom.
