Ken was always patient with me. He understands buying a home is a huge decision. Also, I was nervous about getting the home delivered in the winter so I waited on making that leap. In the meantime, I kept going back to the model, taking measurements, asking questions. Ken was great during all of it. If he didn’t have the answer right away (which wasn’t often), he would respond as soon as he knew. Ken definitely knows what he’s doing and knows great customer service! I would definitely recommend him and Peaceful Living to anyone I know.
